Create an IMC account by visiting imc.innovolt.com.
- Click “Request here” under the “Need an account in IMC?”
- On the request page, type in your first name, last name, email address and IMC domain name. *(The domain name is the domain you will need access to. If you do not already have an IMC domain, please enter the name of what you want the domain name to be, such as your company name.)
- Select the Role for your account. Technicians should request “Field Technician” as their role. You can click on “Role Descriptions” to learn more about what role has what privileges.
- Click Submit. You have successfully put in a request for an account! You will receive an additional email with your log-in and password.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to manage your appliances within your domain. To add a new appliance, simply log in to IMC using the Innovolt Power Doctor app (search for “Innovolt” in the Apple app store or Play Store). Plug in the PDSA-200 reader and follow the prompts on the app to take a reading.
When the read data has successfully upload, the appliance will show up on your IMC domain.
